Pros

I have never been this happy working in my life! I truly believe that Cloudbeds has made me a better person, not because it is a great company (which it is), but because I speak to incredible people EVERYDAY that are trying to change hospitality forever. Perks are great: Open travel policy 100% health care coverage Travel Opportunities 20 countries worth of staff (so culturally diverse) 50/50 ratio male/ female. Brand new career tracks for upward mobility

Cons

No 401k matching as of today, but that will change in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I know it has been some time since this post and a lot has changed but I think it important to address your feedback. The positives you mentioned such as team, environment, and flexibility have remained a big focus for us and we are grateful for the feedback we get for this. We've done a lot of work on career pathing, personal and professional development, and promoting internally since you left your review, but this is something we know requires constant attention. Thank you again for sharing your feedback.

Pros

Work from home Nice colleagues

Cons

You get paid below the market rate to perform as an SDR, AE and marketing person in Cloudbeds. There's no sales help/support/leadership. Inbound leads go to the inbound team. Cold calling inaccurate data is the single and only tactic. PIPs are common after 3-4 months because onboarding is so poor and because there's no support for you as a sales person. Half the sales team in one region was sacked overnight due to the above^^^. Generate your own leads in whatever way you can because the company won't invest in creating leads for you, because that would cost money. Sales targets are highly unachievable as a result, you only get paid commission if you hit 70% of target which is extremely difficult due to the above which means rep churn is very high as a result, and morale is rock bottom. Little to no perks, use your own laptop etc
