Pros
Great company. They have remote work as a company value they are proud of. They hire people everywhere in the globe and it makes the work environment even more interesting and fun. They are prompt to help if you have issues and the training is the best I've had so far. They are really careful about making you proud of the company and product you work for. The system is very complete and it's good to feel you are providing care for something that you believe in.
Cons
Working remotely is something many people see as only fun, but you need to have double responsibility for your organization and self-improvement. Also, working remotely means many times to be alone and having colleagues remotely only. I've been working for less than one year so I can't comment on promotions. however I see teammates growing up fastly.
