Pros

high base salary, great co-workers, good products

Cons

CEO doesn't believe in sales org because he thinks his products sell themselves. Lot's of changes being made constantly to book of accounts, ROE, and accounts that you have made progress on get taken away, pipeline further than a quarter out is discouraged and is not considered an opportunity, No clear, consistent sales strategy, over 60% of reps not hitting quota, they give too much away on self serve plans to sell to mid market customers. There are days you will not leave your desk.

Pros

Nice office, good benefits, pursuing a worthy cause

Cons

People here are smart, but there's a clear divide between the old guard and the new employees. For some reason, people do not feel compelled to share Information or help onboard other employees. Everyone is focussed on what they're doing and not so much on what helps the team / bigger cause.
