CEO is a coward. Google viral cloudflare video if you’re confused. They laid off all my peers who were great performers for no reason and they will do the same to you. Run far away. Many of our competitors will treat you better. I’m trying to get out while I can. Horrified by HR and leadership. And I’ve worked and Amazon and Salesforce.

The teams are full of hardworking individuals and direct managers. The product is good

I didn't want to interview when I saw previous Glassdoor reviews and the CEO's statement on the 2023 earnings call. I decided to trust that things would be different and was told the same during my interview, however I should have listened to my gut. There's not much to be said that hasn't been already. It's a competition and the people who are still there were either demoted or got smaller territories. Senior leadership doesn't listen and you are just a number to them. The product is hard to sell when a lot of the solutions are given for so cheap.
