Good technology with a strong presence in countries , great dashboard and remarkable growth

Cons

You’ll likely end up hating your sales job at Cloudflare. The sales leadership has no clear vision of what comes next, and they tend to hide behind “growth” while the go-to-market strategy is fundamentally disorganized. If you currently enjoy your sales career, think twice before joining. It can take a serious toll on your mental health—not because of quota pressure, but because the strategy and direction are so unclear.

- Extremely siloed with a 'first-team-to-execute, wins' mentality rather than having teams collaborate - Constant re-orgs cause frequent disruption in direction and significant employee fears and concerns on a recurring basis - Company is mostly against having a strategy - Need better support practices so the backlash doesn't require so many resources from other teams
