Pros

Decent salary and benefits (insurance, 401k plan), and unlimited PTO if your requested days are approved.

Cons

Orientation to the company was done over a course of 3 days. Orientation to my specific job was 8 hours of watching a couple videos and reading documents. It was learning by error which does nothing to boost your confidence. I asked for real-time guidance on writing an appeal letter and I was told that wasn't done. There are high performance expectations, and if you do not complete your work during your 8 hour workday, you are expected to finish the work on your own time. This includes annual training modules.

Pros

Smart and nice people who usually care about you.

Cons

Work did not stimulate me most of the time. Pay and benefits not great. Felt like I was not valued and was just a cog in the machine in a soul sucking way that I did not know I could experience.

Pros

Cloudmed is a high growth org that prides itself on their people, being sure to invest in us and our career goals through continuing education opportunities and exposure to other areas of the business otherwise closed in other types of organizations. Since it is such a large company, there is so much room to move both upward and laterally to keep you excited and engaged about what you do day over day. The people we work with, both peers and leadership, are amazing and the overall culture is exactly the kind of place people want to be these days. Flexible, supportive, fun and engaging, I really couldn't say enough about the pros for this company, I love it here!!

Cons

There really aren't many cons, but the biggest hurtle is because we grow so quickly and promote internally, sometimes teams can feel a little pinched and short staffed. This can cause ebbs and flows of stress depending on if it's your team that is growing and promoting.
