A waste

Pros

Pay and benefits was ok.

Cons

Management don't care and talk to you like you are illiterate. They pretend to be your friend but in reality they are plotting and talking behind your back. Teams is a waste. They just chat on it all day and its not even work related. There is really no formal training. You are just a number unless you suck up to certain people. Sadly it's all about metrics and getting it done fast. They worry more about the amount of money you are bringing in. Its not your typical 9 to 5. There are days you may have to be on longer just to meet metrics. Sadly, minorities do not have a chance. You are just there to fill a quota and make it look like they are so diverse. Run and don't waste your time.

The worst job I have ever had

Pros

Paid time off and health insurance

Cons

Honestly everything. This is the WORST company I have ever worked for. To start off PLEASE BE AWARE that Cloudmed posts FAKE positive reviews here! The amount of reviews that were posted before I took this job and the amount of reviews now have increased a lot. Why? Any time someone leaves an actual honest review for this company they have to then post a ton of fake positive reviews to combat the negative ratings. Extremely unprofessional and SO childish! The company itself is a mess. Don't be suprised if you have a crazy amount of work that is truly unmanageable. Managers pretend to be your friends and pretend that you have freedom to manage your work. You do not. They will micromanage you and constantly tell you what you are doing wrong. Managers are not giving constructive feedback either. There is a difference between constructive feedback, compliments, and pointing out someone's weaknesses. You'll get just the part of managers pointing out your weaknesses because they don't hire enough people nor know how to create a positive community. The lack of employees for the workload is laughable, in the worst kind of way. Teammates will throw work at you that is poorly done just to get it off their hands because managers will roast whoever the case is currently assigned to. There's a lack of accountability for managers and teammates. Honestly I don't even blame the team, it's because management is incompetent and expects you to produce the work of 5 people by yourself. It's impossible unless you were working all day, every single day. I mean ALL DAY not just 8 hours per day. If you are lucky you will have a manager say they appreciate you and then the next day they will tell you how you suck because you haven't met impossible deadlines assigned to you. They will continue to tell you suck more than they ever tell you they actually appreciate you and their actions certainly don't show appreciation either. If you REALLY need a job, then you could take this job and hate your life. If you have other options the ground to find something else, then FIND SOMETHING ELSE. You'll be thanking yourself and you'll probably be spared from also getting high anxiety... from Teams notifications and dreadful messages coming your way even on weekends and before you clock in.
