Pros

Decent pay and amazing team members. Job can be rewarding and fun when things are going well. Become part of the local community. Gain experience fast

Cons

Chronically understaffed and overworked. Expected to do jobs of multiple people on a tight timeframe, and if one thing goes wrong then it becomes almost impossible to achieve "store standards" and "best methods". An endless cycle of stress with little/ no reward Can feel extremely overwhelming and unsafe when understaffed

Hours in stores are allocated based on factors such as customer demand and operational requirements, and we know this can sometimes feel challenging.
