Good pay but Toxic workplace

- Good pay - A lot of other young people working there that you can get along with.

Cons

- Extremely toxic workplace, area manager has favourites and therefore, when you have an issue with one of her favourites, it doesn't get resolved. - They expect your whole life to revolve around the job even if you are just working part time alongside university. - If you work overtime, you wont see that pay until next months pay check. - Constant shoplifting, that you are apparently not allowed to sort out the shoplifters, but will also be made to feel like its your fault if they get away with a large quantity of stuff. - No security guards.

If you've been made to feel responsible then this is not acceptable and suggests that there is a misunderstanding on what our policy entails.
