Very unlikely to be flexible around your stated contracted hours, even if part time

Pros

- Plenty of overtime available - Great employee discount.

Cons

- Unfriendly staff - Unsociable hours - High staff turnover - Poor work-life balance - Scheduling all over the place - Highly stressful - Mundane - Lack of career growth - Too many cliques - Overtime wages illegally withheld, got basic pay 1 month later never received my overtime rate. - Low wages - Low contracted hours that don't reflect hours worked and only contracted hours paid when on holiday - Management spend too much time upstairs or talking to each other - Constant violations of 11 hours of daily rest law - Depressingly lonely
