Overworked, understaffed, too much expected of too few workers on each shift who are expected to juggle Amazon & DPD parcels, Uber eats, deliveroo, Just eat and Co-op picker app orders whilst also serving on the till and constantly having to help with archaic not fit for purpose self service tills often 1 on 1 shifts while also trying to do a mountain of other jobs.
