- Impossible to move up in the company ( even if you have a degree). It seems as though management finds it hard see a Community Researcher in another position -High productivity with little incentives - High turnover! Many of the Community Researchers hates their position and are looking for other jobs. I've even seen many managers leave in a short time span. - The job is repetitive - You're on the phone all day making calls -Management fires people all the time. Many of your co-workers will be gone due to low productivity or quality. The low productivity or quality is most likely due to burn out from the job. - Extreme burnout/ low morale as soon as you start working there - The people you talk to on the phones are rude - You will get cursed out at least once a day by the people you consult with on the phones

Terrible pay. Long hours, unpaid lunch break, The goals / metrics are ridiculous and utterly unrealistic. The goalpost keeps shifting every few weeks. Nobody can ever catch up on the work. The methods being used (calling tons of people) are old fashioned, irritate the brokers, and are ineffective / inefficient. Just receive everything via email, and only call if there is an urgent need for clarification. Company likes to pretend it's a cool tech company, but it's really a very old fashioned company.
