Pros

Location, snacks, it was a good place to get a job for a while to get out to dc out of college

Cons

If you want to feel like you're back in elementary school under constant surveillance this is the place for you. During training I got in trouble and verbally called out for going to the bathroom too close to the end of the day and was scolded for not waiting until I clocked out. This was only the beginning. Don't plan to stay long.

Pros

Opportunity to make a lot of money. Young, face paced environment with supportive management. Overall outlook on the company is strong through acquisitions and vision. Great coworkers

Cons

This is a job for the right type of person. If you are willing to make many, many, many cold calls in order to make a lot of money for a recent graduate, then this is for you. Really ask yourself if that's the environment you can shop up to for 9 hours a day.

Thanks for your feedback, and it’s true that sales positions are best suited for a certain type of person. Particularly in Inside Sales, which you describe, we are able to provide representatives with little to no sales experience with a fast-track way to gain understanding of our industry, client type and how to effectively sell to them. Our industry can be competitive and as a result we have to strive for success with every deal, but we of course take experience into account as we evaluate our employees. Many of our Inside Sales representatives aim to take on a management role within their department or transfer into Field Sales, which sells a wider variety of products with more direct interaction with clients. We wish you all the best in your future career.

Pros

Young people work there but most of them are odd because they stayed there.

Cons

Everything. This place is a call center, bonuses are based on metrics that change, so good luck on that. Management is laughable. If you want a real career, just wait for the next job that comes along. Get ready to clock in and out of work (yes, even for lunch) Just don't do it.
