Really appreciate you taking the time to share this. We acknowledge we've had some leadership changes and with that can come some adjustments as we welcomed new team members. Working at an agency and supporting our clients sometimes means working outside of normal business hours but we're committed to better practices and policies that mitigate that as much as possible to make Code3 a great partner to our clients and great place for our Coders.

terrible leadership, absolute mismanagement, lack of any integrity as a company. recommends motto "fake it til you make it" to employees. absolutely no diversity.
