      Smart People, Fun Work, But Challenging Industry

      Pros

      They hire really smart people so you get to learn a lot from those around you. They agency has amazing clients so you get to really cool and fun brands.

      Cons

      The advertising industry is tough, you work really hard and clients are tough on you when things aren't perfect. It's the same across agencies though, this one is no worse or better than the 4 others I've been at.

      - People Culture advocated by People Head and COO of the company. - Tools to succeed and learn. - Great large customer base.

      Cons

      The ideas-energy-values-ethos of the c-suite/leadership need slightly more additional work then scoped earlier to get implemented at the ground level. However , that is problem with any company growing fast. A good progress has been made in that direction post covid.

      Pros

      There's a lot of support from management. I feel comfortable to speak up and ask questions. Management offers lots of communication, remote flexibility, and time off

      Cons

      Long hours and not enough resources for a better work-life balance
