Regarding your feedback about the health benefits and deductibles: We take health benefits very seriously, and work throughout the year to ensure we provide the most value for the lowest cost for all Caring Associates. While you are correct that the deductibles went up this past year, we effectively negated that increase with what is called a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). This HRA asks associates to contribute the same amount as last year toward their deductible ($2000/$4000 - credible coverage) and then the company picks up the rest of the deductible by sending you a check for the difference. Most of the time, the check arrives before you even see your bill. Using this HRA, we were able to keep not only the deductible at the same amount as last year, but monthly premium costs as well.
