Great coworkers...really not much else. Maybe benefits.

Cons

Management needs some work. Very condescending and major favoritism. Also made rude remarks thinking we couldn't hear them. After about a month of working there hours were cut. I only worked about 2 full days a week.

BCBAs overworked, need more team support, need more RBT incentives, more team bonding. no growth opportunities for RBTs
