Pros

Cole Pediatric Therapy truly invests in its clinicians. From my first day, I felt supported through mentorship, structured onboarding, and leadership that genuinely listens. The company values clinical excellence and provides consistent opportunities for growth—whether through collaboration, CEU opportunities, or leadership development programs. The culture emphasizes teamwork and putting patients first, which aligns perfectly with my own values as an SLP. I’ve been able to grow clinically and professionally, and I feel that my contributions are recognized and valued.

Cons

No real cons to note. Like any growing company, there’s always room to improve, but leadership is approachable and actively listens and makes changes based on feedback, which makes a huge difference.

Pros

Working here has been such a positive experience. The organization truly values work-life balance and puts patients first in every decision. Leadership genuinely listens to staff feedback and takes action, which makes you feel heard and supported. The work environment is collaborative and encouraging, and the teamwork across disciplines, especially with OT and Speech, is excellent. Everyone works together toward the same goal of helping patients achieve their best outcomes. It’s a place where you can grow professionally while still maintaining a healthy balance outside of work.

Great co-workers, collaboration between OTs and between therapy disciplines, mentorship, reasonable productivity expectations, dedicated paid paperwork time, supportive leadership, solid work-life balance, good company culture, flexible scheduling

Cons

Very fast-paced schedule, long days (have to work after school hours at least 2 days per week), no paid maternity leave
