Pros

Can be interesting work. Medical benefits and a paycheck.

Cons

Nepotism, cronyism, fraternization, glass ceiling, typical corporate mentality where top brass has no clue how anything is done or what is involved. Policies are only followed when it is beneficial to upper management or those in their favor.

Pros

Company is the global leader in the collectibles authentication market

Cons

Constant turnover in leadership, no stabiity and clear vision. Current focus is on pushing teams to over deliver while being under resourced. Leadership is also pre-dominantly white with little racial diversity. I advise strongly against joining the company if you value work/life balance and your mental well-being.

Pros

Cheap health insurance, flexible schedule, interesting and historic collectibles you see on a daily basis

Cons

The pay is abysmal... and I mean abysmal. The company culture is desperately lacking. I dont think the head of my department, Michael, said 'hello' or acknowledged me one time while working there. There is also zero path to promotion. Strange department.
