      There are many talented staff members. The organization is driven by its mission. The organization is fiscally sound and provides good salaries and benefits to employees. The location in NYC is good.

      Cons

      There were frequent re-organizations. Senior leadership was inconsistent in its communications to staff members.

      Pros

      This place walks the walk when it comes to life balance and professional development. A large percentage of the folks I've worked with are the type of people I can learn from. Most folks are a joy to interact with.

      Cons

      It really depends on which Department you're in whether you'll have a positive or negative experience.

      Pros

      Met some smartest colleagues in education sector. Organizational mission to improve opportunities and access to college. Benefits ..but they have been knocking down benefits for senior leadership pay rise..

      Cons

      Disastrous leadership especially CEO , CIO and COO.. How can you set a model for employees when senior executives make so many mistakes and trustees reward with pay of $900K and $700K.... Many bad decisions and still keeping certain leaders on..Cronyism to the core. No meal breaks as part of cost cutting but pay raise to senior leadership team. Spend millions of dollars in Pencils Down but benefits get cut each day. Some people get promoted without performance and morale low in employees. No room of growth for performing employees. Upper management does not support employee ideas and are arrogant
