Pros

Work 4 hours, get 80-100 dollars on Saturday mornings. That is not a bad wage for just laying around. The bosses change over time, but generally, your recognize everyone there. There are also free cookies and coffee.

Cons

Requires an ability to read, requires one to wake up early on Saturday, only pays around $20 per hour.

Pros

- great benefits if you're full-timer (tuition reimbursement, at least 4 weeks of vacation and 12 holidays off) - professional people, esp. the experienced contractors - flexible hours and good work/life balance

Cons

- limited upward opportunity due to tendency to hire from outside - management likes to hire friends which promotes a clicky environment - lack of respect for contractors (they are called non-emps, aka not-important) - all employees have to account for their time on any task/project in 15 min. increments using a time tracking program, tedious and waste of time - management very wasteful and not adept at budgetting - pay is typically less than other companies
