      Pros

      The College Board is a good place to work, especially if you want to feel like you are working towards the greater good of improving American education.

      Cons

      The College Board is not an easy place to manage your career after a certain point. One can be promoted to a certain level but then it is extremely unclear how to get to the next level because there is no competency framework or evaluation.

      Benefits are great. Salary is super competitive. The College Board has done GREAT work over the years.

      Cons

      Senior management another story altogether! They believe they are the elite - definately they feel entitled. The CEO and others at the executive level are older and retiring or about to retire and we're all worried about what's going to happen with that! 2013 will be an interesting year for the CB. If current SVP of regions creating a fear culture since going full-time. Cold and false -
