Great benefits and time off, get tuition reimbursement for staff and dependents, beautiful, clean office with good sized cubicles in a great location. Lots of good places to eat for lunch and nice gym in building.

Cons

Too much gossip and misinformed people, particularly with management. Feedback is often requested but used against you.
