Pros

My recruiting & onboarding process was very timely, I felt never in the dark about where myself & Collins stood in the hiring process. The team is very kind, and I was not micromanaged at all. My supervisor makes me feel empowered about the work I am doing.

Cons

No downsides to working at Collins.

Pros

Really none...and I mean it!

Cons

I could write a book on the dysfunctional atmosphere of this agency. It starts with the owners. These two people are beyond self absorbed that your jaw would drop. Narcissistic is a good word to describe them. Manipulative would be another. I made the mistake of believing the good reviews. The bad reviews are very accurate. Need to find a way out of this swamp!

Company really cares about the Employees & Customers. There is an open door policy if there are issues & they really try to solve them. Helpful if we have questions.
