Pros

Collins and Associates mgmt. has an open door policy I feel very comfortable coming to any person in management with concerns or ideas' s for improvement. Great pay, several bonus opportunities for all employee's. Team building activities in and out of the office. Support to further your education in the Insurance industry, either by attending Insurance schools or online education. Gives back to the local community, involved in local activities by being present and or financial support.

Cons

We have had turn over, but without turn over we would not able to find the right person for the job. Lots of changes in house since I started, but all of these changes were decisions made based on what our clients relayed to us as their struggles.

Pros

Great benefit package. Flexibility. Positive environment. Bonuses. Management encourages, supports and pays for education/professional development. We have a professional and talented team. When new employees are being considered, management will ask us to meet them and offer our input-and they listen! Christmas parties. Team building events - concerts, events, Griffin games with clients and our families. Good work/home balance. Team atmosphere.

Cons

We have had some turn over in Accounting, and turn over/change can be hard, but based on my experience in working with some of those former team members, I understand why management parted ways with them. Turn over is better then keeping the wrong people, especially when some of them didn't even respect members of their own team!

Pros

I highly recommend this company and employer. Management strives to create a culture that fosters employee growth and success while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. When I discussed my decision to part ways, management was very supportive, respectful and understating of this choice. They treat their employees with the same respect as their clients which has been critical to their success. Management is very approachable and responsive.

Cons

None noted during my employment
