Pros

None. Simply ask for FORMER employee references as follows: Ask for 4 from their Harbor Springs Office Ask for at least 8 from their insurance division in Grand Rapids Ask for at least 5 from their loss prevention division in GR They check your references so why shouldn't you check theirs?? If you do not receive all of the above and contact them. WALK AWAY!

Cons

Owners are selfish, spend more than they have (on themselves not on employees), owners do not take care of their employees (except maybe 2-3), owners will promise you things and string you along that never come to fruition, the President has a hot temper and leads out of fear. Very degrading and condescending to employees.

Pros

This company really cares about it's customers and employees. Good working atmosphere and management is very approachable and helpful. Education is promoted and the company supports all continuing and advanced learning opportunities. Love working here.

Cons

As with any small office, there may be occasional differences of opinions with co-workers. But there is good communication to work things out.

There really are absolutely none!

Cons

Either the owners created the positive reviews and/or forced current employees to. Seriously, don't believe the positive reviews -they are far from the truth. Incredible high turnover tells the whole story of this agency. Owners are self absorbed and devious. You have been warned!!!
