As a member of the insurance industry for quite some time, I can say that I've never seen an agency as poorly managed as Collins & Associates. I strongly feel that their employee turnover rate that grossly exceeds the industry average is a direct reflection of this. They appear charming prior to starting with them, but it's all over once you're on their hook. As a rational and experienced insurance professional, I strongly recommend that nobody makes the same mistake I made by joining Collins.

Management tactics involving deceit and favoritism. High employee turnover in my time with company. The little concern directed toward employees and clients is limited solely to those involving the highest paying clients.
