      Amazing culture, mission, and people. Interdisciplinary team that's difficult to find elsewhere. You'll learn a lot.

      - talented ICs - above market salary - interesting space

      Cons

      - managers don't do anything with feedback — they are good at listening but don't seem like they actually do anything with the feedback - no business strategy after COVID - very clear who CPO likes / doesn't like — often feels like there are favorites - lots of people are burnt out from whiplash of constantly changing business plans - lots of lip service about medical equity but doesn't seem to actually walk the walk - currently, not a stable place to work
