Pros

Driven and ambitious co-workers, yet calm and relaxed work environment. Relatively small company so your impact is felt at all levels. Extremely open culture from management which breeds good faith between co-workers. Rare to find a start up that has a guaranteed 1 million people coming down the pipeline as a result of winning the federal government's All of Us project.

Cons

I can't think of any!

Pros

- The best thing about color is the people - the people are kind, smart, and a delight to work with. - Working at a mission-driven company, on a product that helps people live healthier lives and is trying to tackle big challenges in the healthcare space - There are huge opportunities to have a big impact as a software engineer. Engineers have a ton of freedom, and it doesn't feel like work is handed down from the top. Individuals are empowered to propose, and take ownership, and lead projects. - A super exciting time in population genomics

Cons

While I think the freedom and opportunity for impact is exciting, it can be challenging for individuals that want more structure and clear job duties.
