I have never had a more positive workplace experience than I did while at Colorado Retina Associates. The physicians care deeply about the management and staff and they are always encouraging their team members to learn, be heard and be challenged. I always felt that I had a voice in decision making and that I was listened to. The management cares very much about the staff and is very willing to accommodate personal requests and location changes if need be. I made so many life-long friends working at CRA that I am so thankful for. Colorado Retina Associates helped me advance in my career and I am forever grateful for the opportunity to work here.

I’ve worked at CRA for a long time, I’ve watched people come and go from entry level to management. All in all it’s a great place to work with all the good employees valuing what we do here at CRA, quality patient care. We have great benefits and physicians who care about all, patients, staff and our company as a whole. I wouldn’t trade jobs for anything.
