Pros

Great place to work if you are wanting to get patient hours for medical school or if you are wanting a work home. If you want the stepping stone you will learn from the best physicians in the retina world. If you are wanting a home you will have the opportunity for growth. Wonderful benefits, pay and work environment

Cons

There are multiple offices so some travel can be required and some people don't like that.

Did anyone else notice the 3/13/19 5 star glowing review was posted by a current employee in MARKETING?

Cons

Not all, but some of the docs are incredibly arrogant & dismissive to staff. Fourteen docs with all different personalities and procedure protocols working out of 7 offices. Heaven forbid if you hadn't worked with one of these docs in a long time and you forgot some little detail of their particular protocol! Oops..... I forgot to put a cotton swab out. Sigh, gonna get written up for that!

Pros

Always hiring new clinic fodder.

Cons

Clinical staff are overworked. Work loads are shared unequally. Rewards system (read - punishment structure) encourages lazy work. Clinical management is great if you like sorority life. Don't be fooled by encouraging management positions, the admin team is so out of touch they essentially work off site.
