Pros

Strong management team, who values, acknowledges and encourages staff Healthy work culture and environment, with a happy staff and hard-working set of physicians that truly want to see their staff and practice succeed. Great benefits: profit-sharing, T/O, insurance etc, AND PET INSURANCE, which even include pet insurance (anyone who has a pet knows how valuable that can be!) Great for anyone looking to advance their career within the medical space. Would definitely recommended to anyone who is coming out of a fellowship program or in-between medical school.

Cons

May not be a great place for folks who need to be micromanaged.

There are changes happening within currently that are positive and the company is headed in a better direction then it’s been in years.

Cons

Underpaid, so much so you cannot manage to live in Colorado with your pay from CRA alone.
