      If something goes wrong, lowest man on the totem pole will get the blame, but is that so uncommon?

      Pros

      Great Pay and benefits and free lunch from drug reps. Other than that this is not a good place to work

      Cons

      They don’t appreciate the good workers and feed off gossip and hear say . They can’t keep staff due to management and how unprofessional people are and everyone snitches to HR. Poor communication and the Doctors have no clue what is going on and if people speak up, you get written up and they don’t try and fix the problems.

      Pros

      It's a busy practice and the patients were nice. Other than that there is absolutely no pros to this company.

      Cons

      Management. Or their lack of it. When you are new it's like you are joining a cult. No-one is friendly everyone talks about everyone and you figure out very quickly that you can trust noone. Management diffentaily has their favorites and they can do whatever they want. They have lost great people while keeping others there that are just there to collect a pay check. Doctors are oblivious to what is happening at their practice. Don't question anything because they do not like that. Worst job experience ever
