      The pay is good but there is no organization.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Holiday party is great and lunches are often provided. Very specific specialty which makes scheduling easy.

      Cons

      Not organized at all. The office feeds off of gossip and hearsay. People have come to work drunk on a daily basis but nothing is done about it. Some of the best workers have been fired while the worst maintain employment.

      Pros

      The Doctors! We have a great team of caring individual doctors. They truly care for the patient needs. We are lucky to have a great team right here in Colorado.

      Cons

      It's hard to get 40 hrs a week! But yet they keep hiring people! Why? They don't have a clear answer? They say they promote within, but yet hold individuals back from learning new areas.

      You could tell the doctors care a lot about there patients

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about staff. Always backstabbing and gossip. Get guilt trips for taking PTO, no opportunity to move up unless you're cut-throat. cant trust or rely on anyone.
