Let me count the ways. Management sucks. Consistent backstabbing. It’s a tattletale environment. Knee jerk reactions without getting to the bottom of a situation. They don’t appreciate new ideas or people who think. They will create new positions without posting for applications. They change job titles to ‘promote from within’ who they want without posting for interviews. Medical staff talks about the doctors and their ‘bedside manner’. Doctors are divas. At the Vision Walk, the doctors didn’t acknowledge the worker bees who run the business. They are totally oblivious to the people who work for them and actually supply their paycheck to them.

One doctor- He no longer considers patient care hit top priority. He is rude to patients and their caregivers. He is rude to staff, management and his partners. He calls people names, including other physicians. He single handed has brought down the morale in this company in a matter of a few months. Not a good place to work right now with him fully in charge and bragging about it.
