I have worked for ComForcare, Inc. Off and on for many years now and I love it. ComForcare (Marissa) has created an amazing company to work for. We love our clients with everything we have, going above and beyond what is expected of us. Marissa goes out of her way to make sure our clients are happy, comfortable and safe. We can help keep your loved one in their home to help keep their privacy and dignity in tact. I can't tell you how much I love what I do for ComForcare and our clients.

They got me hired within two days! They gave me all my paperwork and even a badge and a pen with a folder!

Cons

My pay was shorted my first check as well as they said they have a ton of hours but there are none available except one client with uncomfortable standards and the other clients are 45+ drive for me they put me on call knowing this is my second job for the weekend and called me in for an overnight shift knowing I worked early morning for my other job and said they were writing me up and the next was termination. This company does not even hand out pay check stubs the boss was very rude worst company I have ever worked for!

Pros

The clients are wonderful and varied. The old people are either crazy or wise and both are fun to be around. But that would be with any home care company.

Cons

Pay is below average. Literally all Clients complain about management, lack of training, and unprofessional treatment. High turn over due to bad treatment by management. Nickeled and dimed - e.g. exhorbitant prices for scrubs ($50/2 tops) + they short the paid hours regularly.
