Pros

Work from home Schedule Flexibility 3 small bonuses <$50 1 large annual bonus $1.5k-3k

Cons

Compensation & Leadership's messaging around it - tone deaf & insulting. Org-wide accountability - Few managers hold team accountable. Underdeveloped Dev teams & lack of project/product structure/execution. Untrustworthy leadership - Ask for feedback, use it as retaliation. Consistently changing job responsibilities, not reflective of written responsibilities. No OT unless org needs it in 911 situations, hourly only. No OT for salaried employees. Consistent turnover (avg tenure 1.5 yrs)

Pros

The benefits are top-notch. Team management are good at keeping you focus on the big picture.

Cons

Team Management do not know what to fix for a customer, they are there to manage you. Customers are not able to speak with sales reps looking for other services for business and request are 3-5 business days wait for information, mishandling of opening new accounts from sales requires techs to clean up once sales is completed. Complete disconnect from department on who does what for the customer with mix accounts.

Pros

Great opportunity to make some money.

Cons

Here begins the real issues…. A pipe dream is given of door to door traditional sales going business to business looking for coming soon establishments, cold calling and emailing… within your territory…. What they don’t tell you is that territories exist for some but not for everyone especially top sellers. They can prospect anywhere they want, lock down opportunities that they have only HEARD of before opening and never actually interacted with. There is no understanding of sales cycles, quota is high and commission is low. They push Comcast Business Mobile which is a HORRIBLE business product for businesses because it’s limited to 10 lines 20 if they have two locations. To give you some insight most customers want about 30-40 on a business account. Your also battling between other BAE’s , Enterprise which is on a national level, the call center (which has such a big advantage because they prospect your locked leads as well as leads that are called in) All in all its a terrible terrible system that won’t sustain itself and I would discourage anybody to apply without a book of business in telecom. It is horrible. Run far away. The leaders are terrible, the directors want results with no change and the products hold absolutely no value. Fiber is the future and this company is so behind.
