      Pros

      Take home truck , paid tools , bonuses , phone , uniforms . All of these things are given to you upon completion of training . Good pay!!

      Cons

      Bad management, goal pressure . They expect to much to be done in so little time given . They push for unrealistic goals.

      Great benefits and generous pay - while it lasts!

      Cons

      Comcast has a culture of youth. Employees over 45 are marginalized by managers and outright bullied by 30-ish hipster coworkers while corporate and HR turn a blind eye. This is not a place where a mature worker will feel safe or welcome.

      Great benefits. Free cable.

      Cons

      Positions is too demanding. Too much work. Too many deadlines. Over worked. Under paid. Too many deadlines. Too may priorities. Account Execitives not held accountable for their mistakes, which as dot the stress of AC's having to correct and redo the work. Stress not worth all the benefits. Team lunches to try and keep everyone happy. Again...not worth the demands of the job. No life work balance. Expected to come in early and stay late to get the job done. Supervisors promoted for their high performance, but have little to no management experience. So, you're micro-managed. Looking for another job.
