Pros

There are many small perks to working with multiple TV networks.

Cons

Upper management is a revolving door of VPs trying to implement strategies that have failed in the past. Local management has to tow the company line and does little for their staff

Pros

Great benefits including: 10 days paid vacation, 8 flex/sick days, 2 floating holidays - for 1st year employees! Paid holidays, good health insurance, flexible spending account, mobile phone discount, steeply discounted cable/internet/phone

Cons

Little training for new Account Coordinators. High turnover. Uses contractors from The Creative Group (TCG) for a long term staffing solution. Management has no clue what the job includes, and treats position same as it was 10 years ago. Management not open to more efficient ways of streamlining processes, even when these "new" suggestions are tried and true methods in other divisions within the company. Little to no opportunity for growth within same position. Pay low compared to comparable position outside of company. Starting pay for Account Coordinator position in Denver, CO is $30,000. Very low considering the employee is given little training, and manages millions of dollars in accounts. Imbalanced dynamic between most Account Executives and Account Coordinators. Coordinators are treated like assistants. Upper management would walk around the office at 8:30 am to make sure all employees had arrived on time.

Pros

Great company to work for and they say they want a good work/life balance.

Cons

They SAY they want to provide their employees with a good work/life balance and they do ... as long as that balance favors Comcast. As soon as real-life interferes with them, be prepared to start looking for another job.
