learned a lot in this field

Cons

was treated very bad after injuring myself on the job. Was told to claim the injury on my majoe medical insurance. I had to retain a lawyer to get my Workman's Compensation claim processed. When I did return to work, I was let go for unspecified reasons.

Freedom to work independently. Local management help to succeed. Great compensation and benefits.

Cons

Many Customers lost due to inexperienced technicians sent to accounts that they were not qualified to handle. Accounts were put off for several days due to coordinator wanting to send a certain technician that was not available even though other qualified technicians were being sent home and not to this particular account instead. This was the norm, not just occasional. Poor management across the board for field techs and service personnel. All personnel did not get benefit for years of service. Upper management would do it one year and not again for several years thus some employees did not get the bonus or being acknowledged. No continuity in management
