Pros

Decent pay, Perdiem sometimes that’s it that’s it

Cons

I worked and rode and lived out of town with 4 guys and they were close family that I knew for years. One of them did not like me for who knows why and would do anything he could to get me in trouble and eventually got me fired. Oh and the last job I was on it was an18 hour day from the time I left the house till I got back 3am to 8 pm

Pros

There are some really nice people that work for the company. They create a pretty nice work/life balance. If you are a tech, you will do well here. If you are a sales rep, you will find conflict. They do a good job of training the employees and safety is a big concern.

Cons

Sales people aren't treated with much respect. Management focuses more of their time and approval with the technicians. They do not value sales people and their contribution. Upper management are self serving. They are coy and don't give the support that is needed. The president of this current branch would rather watch his people drown then offer to help them be successful. I felt there were always some sort of games going on. You would be told one thing, but that would never be what was going on. Once the door was shut and you are out of the office, they would find pleasure in confusing and not helping their employees. The president is hard headed and needs to be right. Not a lot of collaboration can happen here.
