Stellar Career Move

Pros

- intelligent, talented, and hard-working coworkers - core team that built out the service delivery process are the best and brightest in telecom - entire core team remains and continues to innovate and rethink to improve management of an ever growing portfolio of difficult to manage vendors - fully customizable, tailor-made project reports made easy by an incredibly agile system - most people are happy to help you out with a “teach a man to fish” culture - upward mobility, if you give it your all here you will be well taken care of - new employees that don’t adopt our core principals that make us great are axed quickly; this is unfortunate for some but good for the health of the company

Cons

- there aren’t really any gripes aside from growing pains, but constant process changes make for a better customer experience

Poor management. Not worth it.

Pros

The only pros I can give is that you can work from home

Cons

- There is little to no training or direction given to new hires - The group chats have workers that say unprofessional things that have nothing to do with work - The job postings they post are deceitful (You get hired and then are performing tasks that are not in the job description you were hired for) - The way they measure performance is outdated and they will drop you based on it Overall Management is awful and they do not care about your success. They do not train you and expect you to pick up things at a senior level.

Toxic Environment

Pros

Work from home is the only benefit

Cons

-One day of onboarding, if that. -PTO also includes sick time so you only get 10 days of leave -Management constantly asks you to do things they have not showed/trained you how to do which is normally fine but most of their provisioning software is proprietary with little documentation. -Other engineers constantly complain and talk about quitting in the general chat and bicker with each other over trivial things like grabbing each others tickets.
