      Horrible to ex employees

      Pros

      Excellent opportunity to help others. Lots of opportunities for overtime. Immediate managers are decent, overall.

      Cons

      They are short staffed and cannot retain employees, which puts a lot of stress on warmline staff in an already stressful job. One of my supervisors was very insensitive when I was fielding some inappropriate calls. Inirance premiums are outrageous and the reason I left. The company denied me my PTO payout when I left for a better opportunity. Recently, Common Ground HR falsely accused me of not returning their IT equipment and threatened legal action if I don’t pay them $1,200. The equipment was shipped back via FedEx, and I am working on proving that.

      Pros

      In my position I could work from home. I liked the work I did.

      Cons

      Working multiple years with no review or raise. Terrible sleezy management who acts like paying min wage for 10 plus years experience is a great thing for a career.
