      Pros

      Team orientation in software development, great collaborative environment. They try to innovate as much as they can. Good opportunity for growth. Good opportunity for developer to practice team leading.

      Cons

      Frequent production crises weakens work/life boundaries, distracts management, and impedes innovation. Awesome culture statement on paper, but doesn't stand up to daily workplace stress. The total PTO policy is more stringent than it looks, especially if you have children.

      Some ok company events with fun activities

      Pay is very low, continuous changes to work from home policies that force us to come in more days a week, constant blame of employees for low service score when the technology is the true reason for frustrated advisors

      Pros

      Free snacks that's about it and occasional lunch/dinner outings.

      Cons

      It's pretty much a brainless job. I worked on the back end which was a lot of redundant work that was monotonous and got boring really fast. Found something so much better, so today's sorrow is tomorrow's blessing!
