      Pros

      Some autonomy within your assigned school. Good benefits.

      Cons

      The agency struggles to maintain its workforce. There is an extremely high turnover rate and the underlying causes as to why don't appear to ever be addressed. VERY LOW PAY for the job requirements No diversity in management Management team extremely young and too inexperienced to be in leadership positions No clear sight of growth opportunities Management team hardly ever communicates with the schools' administration

      Pros

      I have been at two different campuses with two VERY different experiences. At my location, the supervisors are supposed to support you but they really just do their best to keep the contract.

      Cons

      You have two different bosses to answer to, which sometimes creates conflict.
