Pros

PTO is great they offer 2 weeks off for christimas and holidays that align with the school districts time off calendar. This is wonderful for families.

Cons

Proceed with caution. Leadership is chaotic— the CEO is authoritarian, and the CFO is erratic and emotionally reactive. Decisions are made impulsively, often without regard for long-term consequences. High turnover is a direct result of poor leadership. Employees are consistently overworked and underpaid, with little to no transparency around compensation. Even managers are not allowed to know their team members' salaries. Raises are rare, and salaries are far below industry standards.
