Pros

Coworkers who become like family

Cons

Although I’m just as angry about the way this place has treated us as everybody else, I’m gonna try to write this in a constructive manner and hopefully the message will be received like it’s intended to be. We got a email today from the President of the company thanking us and showing us appreciation. I will take that as a good faith first step to address the concerns and feedback that the company has gotten on here and elsewhere. It sounds like the message has at least been heard. While it is genuinely nice to get a thank you, I hope that you guys don’t think it will be enough. Like I said, if this is a first step toward treating us better, great, I hope it is. But ultimately, you’re going to have to literally put your money where your mouth is. A thank you is nice, but it will be hollow without being backed up financially. Make us whole for the bonus you took from us. Reinstate a higher hourly wage. Reward us financially for good performance. Be transparent about the operations of the company. Have the executives come out and spend time with us and listen to what we have to say. I guarantee you that if you start paying us well again, we will work harder to make money for you and everybody will benefit. We don’t mind being challenged on our performance and held to high standards as long as we are compensated well and fairly. If you want the image of this company to improve, do substantial things to get it done. I appreciate the email.

Pros

There is nothing that comes to mind that is good about working for this company.

Cons

This company should really re think the way they treat their employees. You cannot cut your employees salaries and then expect said employees to have the same amount of energy and enthusiasm for the job. These people find every reason not to compensate field employees for their efforts. They tell you that they cut hours so you can have more work like balance and turn around and change their hours of operation to longer opening hours. They force you to work alone for almost 12 hours with no breaks. Working for this company has been the worst experience and I would never recommend them to anyone, I take that back satan would be an excellent fit!!!!

Terrible Business and Leadership

Pros

Some of the people are wonderful. I really enjoyed getting to know a lot of the employees. This company was significantly better to work for before CCF purchased them. It all went downhill after that.

Cons

The CEO continues to buy new businesses even though they can hardly stay afloat financially. This lead to a lot of layoffs after their newest merge. I was laid off in a later round of layoffs but watched a lot of other people get the boot first. They would lay people off and then hire new people into roles that the employees they laid off could have done. Benefits are scattered and there is a stark difference between salaried and hourly employees. Overall they were not very strategic and could have avoided a lot of issues had they communicated and planned better.
