Pros

Enjoyed working with the residents.

Cons

Supervisors will fire you if they don't like you. Was terminated after nearly ten years along with four others for no "real" reason. Supervisors make fun of the residents along with other staff. It's disgusting! HR is worthless! All in all the place is one huge unethical mess!

Decent wages, 4 weeks of vacation, and if you have a good supervisor great to work for, large company so a lot of potential for lateral movement

Cons

Highly political, passive aggressive management if you make someone upset, limited upward mobility, management wears too many hats

The clients are wonderful. I enjoyed my many years supporting them.

Management is awful. I heard and saw many awful things but was made to be afraid to report.
