Pros

Working with the clients is wonderful and rewarding. They are wonderful people who deserve the care that we got to provide.

Cons

Have to pay clients library fines out of my own pocket. Management doesn't have a clue what they are doing. My boss has threaten to fire me because I have point out that they are following their own policies and You can never get a hold of HR.

Pretty good salary, great benefits after your 90 days, fair amount of paid time off

No communication, delayed training for certain violent individuals, individuals that shouldn't attend their program
