Pay and benefits are decent.

Cons

If you’re going through a challenging time in your personal life, expect no empathy from CSG. Say, for example, you had the flu (with a doctor’s note), had a parent need emergency surgery for cancer and then had to escape a domestic violence situation, all within 3 weeks, expect to be written up, then fired for paperwork being done incorrectly. No issues with clients, fraud etc. They do not care about their workers beyond a dollar sign.

Poor communication between staff/supervisors Employees not understanding mangers/temp managers/supervisors/micromanagers (same level as employee), etc. Power trips between employees Gossip in the workplace Status Quo - Measuring up or getting fired/reprimanded/etc Not respectful of medical diagnosis
